Use the remaining eggs in a tasty breakfast or lunch!
If your not getting through that spinach, you're not using enough! Spinach wilts and who would let all that green goodness go to waste? Not us!
On day 4, make sure to drain and rinse opened chickpeas thoroughly before storing to remove any excess liquid. Pop them in the fridge, so they are fresh to use on day 5! Remember, keeping them sealed tight is the key to preserving their texture and flavor.
That can of tomatoes also needs to be covered and refrigerated on day 4!
